Kim, We Miss You

The hardest part about losing someone you love is not found in the loss itself.

For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.- John 3:16

The hardest part is missing that person and the positive influence that they had on your life. It’s wishing you could talk to them and know how they are doing, what they are doing and to hear them say “I love you”.

Kimberly left an unmistakable impression on all of our hearts and minds, that to this day inspires us to do what is right with a smile on our face. I look forward to the day when we can once again have that close to us.

Kim, we miss you.

Hey Matt! I got your email and need to email you back. The blog looks great. Just so you know, I kind of forget to update ours all the time. So, I continually apologize for "not keeping up to date" (kind of like writing in my journal). Anyway, just wanted you to know we miss you guys and think of you often. Do you know if you are going to get transferred out of the area still this year? Rachel, Kelly, and I (and baby #2) hope you are doing well!

Matt - I don't know what to say really. Your faith and endurance is a wonderful example. I'm sorry that you lost your first wife, and I'm so happy for you that you've found another wonderful woman.
