For those of you that know Calvin, you know he can be quite the chatterbox. Today in church I filled out my tithing slip and asked him to take it up to a member of the bishoprich on the stand. He made his way up, seemingly confident in his destination, turned the corner after climbing the stairs, looked around and then looked back at me. Then he yelled at the top of his lungs to me, and the whole congregation, "Where Matt?" It gave me a good laugh.
I love seeing the innocence of little children. I am fascinated by the ways their minds work- how curiosity is a good enough reason for any act, including emptying a whole canister of baby powder all over himself and the bathroom floor. When I am patient and stop and listen to them, they teach me a great deal.

I was thinking today of all the cute things Calvin used to say at our house. I remember he was always so curious and wanted to see how things worked. Remember I said "Calvin, what are you doing>" He said, "I'm getting into your purse and trying to open a piece of gum." :) I love y ou all.
Hey friend. I'm not really a stalker. I promise. I found your blog via Leslie's via Candice's. I'm glad to know you're alive and doing well. And I'm glad that kids do learn to talk. I'm very excited for that day.
Hey, Matt. I'm not a stalker either, but found your blog through Chandra! Glad to see you guys are doing well. Calvin cracks me up. I especially like that he called you Matt. Hey, if you get a chance look at my blog. Honesters.blogspot.com.
